This place has a Walk score of 95 out of 100! You can walk to everything. You are surrounded restaurants, the beach, 5th Avenue. You have it all! There is even a pharmacy and convenience store steps from the building.

You have a full gym open 24/7 for you along with a large rooftop pool area open until 1am.

At night this area has such a wonderful ambience. The whole section of this street is candle-lit. Just perfect.

You have one private parking space reserved for you in the building’s underground parking garage.

Public Parking for other cars:
Street Parking: Cost is around 10 pesos (50 cents USD) per hour and parking is free from 10PM-10AM. There are paid meters always around to pay, print a ticket and put it on the front dashboard of the car so it’s visible.

Nearby Paid Parking: The cost is 15 pesos per hour. You can leave your car overnight. This is a large parking area very close to the Building.

We can’t emphasize everything about this space enough. You are in the best building and area in all of Playa del Carmen.
