This place has a Walk score of 98 out of 100! You can walk to everything. You are surrounded restaurants, the beach, 5th Avenue. You have it all! There are even 2 convenience stores on both sides just steps away from the building.

You have one private parking space reserved for you in the building’s private parking garage.

Public Parking for other cars:
Street Parking: Cost is around 10 pesos (50 cents USD) per hour and parking is free from 10PM-10AM. There are paid meters always around to pay, print a ticket and put it on the front dashboard of the car so it’s visible.

Nearby Paid Parking: The cost is 15 pesos per hour. You can leave your car overnight. This is a large parking area relatively close to the Building.

We can’t emphasize everything about this space enough. You are one of the best and most demanded buildings and areas in all of Playa del Carmen.
