► Double-Pane Glass in All Rooms! 👍
In the past, before June 2025 we had a potential for noise disclaimer, but it hasn’t been an issue. For good measure, in June 2025 we replaced the single pane glass of the sliding glass doors in the bedrooms and living room with double-pane glass 👌

The building is on the famous 5th Avenue at the intersection of 42nd Street (Calle 42 Nte.) Not the congested high foot-traffic part of 5th Ave. The busy part of 5th Ave goes from 10th Street to 34 Street (Calle 10 – Calle 34) This is not the central busy part of 5th Ave but please keep in mind that you are still directly on 5th Ave. There is a popular restaurant on 5th Avenue close by called “San Lucho” that can play live music until 10PM-1AM (sometimes later for last requests) depending on the season. But they do have a license to play until music until 3AM because remember this is on 5th Ave more most visit area of Playa del Carmen and we do not control this business’s’ operations. There is obviously a difference with the doors open and the doors closed. In May 2025 we installed double-pane glass in the bedrooms and living room for the sliding glass door leading to the private balconies. We also have installed a HoMedics Sound Spa white noise machine beside the bed in each bedroom in case anyone prefers to use them.

► Note about the Private Pool: This is a small pool not a jacuzzi. The jets are not functional.
► The pool does require routine cleaning/maintenance twice per week, which is quick to clean/apply the chemicals. We prepare it right before your arrival so if you are staying a week or longer, we just need to let you know when our pool supervisor is coming to apply the chemicals to the pool and great condition for you during your stay. It only takes 15-20 minutes.

Note: In case the you have another group or the date that you want are not available at this property, we also have:
