This place has a Walk score of 92 out of 100! A “Walker’s Paradise” You can walk to everything. You are surrounded restaurants, the beach, 5th Avenue. You have it all! There is even a convenience store (7-11) directly beside the building.

You have a mini gym open 6AM-9PM for you along with a large rooftop pool area open 6AM-8PM.

There is street parking available directly outside the building entrance for 10 pesos per hour around 50 cents USD but street parking is free 10PM-10AM.
