Loved it! Can’t fault it. Great location, great communication

We had a wonderful two-week stay at Gisel’s Airbnb! It was clean, comfortable and well stocked with cooking essentials, toiletries, bath/beach towels, a beach umbrella and cooler. The location was great—2 minutes from the end of 5th Ave, 10 minutes to the beach, 7 minutes to a supermarket and 4 minutes to OXXO, with breakfast spots and local markets nearby. We loved the rooftop pool for cooling off, tanning or relaxing with a drink. Gisel was an amazing host and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We truly felt at home and were sad to leave. We would definitely stay again! ❤️🇲🇽🌴

We had such a wonderful stay. The location was perfect—very close to the beach, surrounded by tons of great places to eat, and with easy access to major convenience stores. The apartment itself had a great vibe, beautiful décor, an excellent layout, and incredible views from the terrace. We stayed as a family of five and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. We had an amazing time, and this place definitely played an important part in helping us create beautiful memories in Playa del Carmen. The communication was truly outstanding. Gisele was incredibly attentive and always available whenever we needed anything. She was constantly one step ahead, sharing locations, recommendations, and helpful information throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen.

Love this location on 5th Ave, its much quieter than most location near 5th. Very walkable to the Super Chedraui for gourmet groceries, walkable to the pier for ferry to Cozumel and the Paseo del Carmen mall. So many restaurants to choose from we even found a new one to try. Taxis stations are right around the corner. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We used the Taxis driver that was recommended to get to the airport. He was cheaper and just the nicest guy. The roof top pool was very enjoyable with the heat of September.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in playa From the location to the stay. Everything works. Everything is walking distance. If I come back I will definitely be staying here again 10 out of 10
