Lovely place with big windows. The communication and service was amazing, they’re always there to respond when needed. Thank you so much!

Pros: Airbnb was as pictured. Everything worked well, everything was clean. I felt safe and comfortable here. The apartment entry door was a little difficult to open, but the on-site maintenance guy was very helpful and kind. The location was good--not too loud, but also not too quiet/isolated. Oh and the host left toiletries and water bottles which was very appreciated! Cons: The host was very kind and helpful, but she sent a lot of messages of paragraphs after paragraphs, and there was so much to read that it became overwhelming. I felt many of the messages could be condensed. The gym was also a bit old and didn't have much equipment. 🥲 But I would stay here again. Thank you

Chris and his team were absolutely amazing, always helpful, welcoming and happy to offer advice. The apartment and location were exceptional: clean, quiet and perfectly placed. The rooftop infinity pool was incredible and an absolute must-see! The apartment itself was spotless, and having stayed in many Airbnb properties, I can honestly say this was without a doubt one of the best. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing space to return to after a long day exploring. We had a fantastic stay! Thank you Chris and team.

La pasamos muy a gusto, pudimos disfrutar de la zona como de las instalaciones de la habitación y dell edificio. Realmente seria un lugar al que volvería y recomendaría. El lugar esta en una zona muy aprovechable para disfrutar tu estadía. Agradecemos que nos hayan recibido.

Es la segunda vez que hago reservacion en el lugar. Estaba igual de cómodo y bonito a la última vez. Ingreso accesible, fácil de encontrar, cerca de la 5ta avenida. Hay muchas cosas que hacer y lugares cercanos Me volvería a hospedar nuevamente ☀️

Definitivamente volveré a este lugar. El lugar tenía todo lo necesario y más para nuestra estadía, hasta agua fresca y un par de jabones para laundry lo cual fue muy útil para nuestros 6 días de hospedaje. Estaba perfectamente limpio, cómodo y el personal de front desk super amable. El check in super sencillo, hasta tuvimos pases gratis para entrar a un beach club con descuento en consumo. La ubicación no podía ser más perfecta. Cero ruido pero extremadamente cerca al epicentro de Playa del Carmen. Amamos esta experiencia, volveremos 100%.
